All Things Are Possible
We believe that every life is a gift from God, and He has a specific purpose and plan for each person He created. We are created in His image and were born to bring His glory into the world. We also believe that because sin entered the world, we often do not rise to the potential that God sees in us, or see what is possible through Him. We are not able to bring God glory or fulfill His plan without first reconciling ourselves to Him through Jesus Christ.
At MSR, we often encounter children who have been circumstantially disadvantaged, jeopardizing their well-being. Such situations bring a sense of hopelessness, challenge a child’s pursuit of purpose, and attempt to thwart the unique plan God has for his or her life. Each child has God-given potential to become the person He intends them to be, despite circumstance or background. We are committed to helping children realize their value and pursue the abundant life God intends for them.
We also believe sowing seeds of faith, hope, and love into a child’s heart can prepare them to receive this abundant life. By providing a nurturing environment, these seeds can grow, facilitating a child’s personal relationship with Jesus Christ. True restoration can only come through this relationship. As individuals become connected with their Creator and Heavenly Father, all things become possible.
